Refund and Returns Policy – Towel Junction

At Towel Junction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may return most new, unused, and unwashed products within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
• Certain products (such as customized, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

3. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• For size or color exchange (if applicable), you may need to bear the return shipping charges.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on clearance or sale.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Used or washed items.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
