All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive faster delivery. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (if applicable, mention threshold).
Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order status on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the package is undelivered and returned to us, you may need to pay re-shipping charges for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
